This two-level, contemporary home was built to be energy efficient using "green" materials and technology such as geothermal HVAC and solar/natural lighting. The floors are acid washed concrete that are zoned radiant heated.
Each level has two bedrooms (separated by French doors) with "Jack-and-Jill" style bath arrangement, kitchen and dining area, and living area as well as access to a patio or deck.
The home is completely furnished and ready for your arrival! A 30-day minimum stay is preferred however 1-3 week stays and long weekend stays may also be available.
Maximum occupancy whole house: 8 people.
Rates subject to change without notice. Rates confirmed at time of reservation. Additional fee of $100.00 per person over occupancy allowance.

The upper level features an angled-vaulted ceiling and has two bedrooms (1 king, 1 daybed with Trundle bed).
The "Jack-and-Jill" style bath has a common shower/tub room with separate vanity & toilet rooms.
An open floor plan brings the kitchen (with range), dining area, and living room together with access to outdoor living areas on the side and rear decks.
Upper Level maximum occupancy is 4 people.
